WITH AN ENVIRONMENTAL MESSAGE

I am so excited to finally publish my first counting book for kids. I started this little book in 2016, to give my kids a magical book, which not only helped with counting to 10, but which also had an underlying environmental message. Life got in the way of the completion, until the Covid-19 lock down and social isolation stepped in to allow me to get it finished.  I wanted to offer it to try and spread some happiness to all the kids caught up in this isolation.

I am a biologist by trade, but although I no longer work in the field, my passion has never wavered.

I wanted my children to combine their passion for reading, with their love for nature. My kids have been a big part of this book and some others we have in the pipeline.

The Counting Book is full of magical mermaids on a mission to protect the ocean and all who live in it. There is an extra activity to reinforce and practice counting, while having fun finding the ocean creatures in each picture.

I have included a FREE 21 page activity book which you can download, with fun and educational (don't tell the kids) activities. The included activities share the Magical Mermaids Counting Book story line as inspiration.

I hope you enjoy the book and the activities with your child especially during these difficult times of isolation.  

The books will download as a PDF to be used on any digital device, or print it out for the activities.
